Leslie Loh

Leslie Loh is an entrepreneur, angel investor and educator. He graduated from Saint Mary's University, Canada, in 1982 with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and Information Technology.

At the age of 23, Leslie founded System Access Pte Ltd. As chairman and CEO, Leslie grew the company from a one-man outfit to a global banking software organization with 10 offices and 500 staff across Europe, Middle East and Asia. System Access was publicly listed in the Singapore Stock Exchange in 2005 and was subsequently acquired in 2006 by a leading US Based global financial services software provider.

Leslie was the winner of the 1998 ASME Rotary Entrepreneur of the Year in Singapore. In 1999, Leslie received the National Youth Award (Individual) for his success as an entrepreneur. In 2006, Leslie was awarded the "Person of The Year" IT Leader Award by the Singapore Computer Society.

Mr Loh was appointed to IDA (Infocomm Development Authority) Singapore Board from 1999 to 2003 and SPRING (SME Development Authority) Singapore Board from 2011 to 2013 respectively.

Leslie's passion is to develop tech talents, nurture entrepreneurs and grow technology startups. Leslie frequently contributes time to support the development of tech community in Singapore and the region. Leslie is also a member of several national development committees involved in charting the economic strategies, manpower development, and entrepreneurship development of Singapore.

Leslie is actively involved in early stage technology start-ups investment via Red Dot Ventures. He is also the executive chairman of Lithan, an adult learning institution focusing on Tech and Entrepreneurship learning."

Jeffrey Paine

Jeffrey Paine is the founding partner of Golden Gate Ventures, an early stage technology venture capital fund based in Singapore investing in Southeast Asia. Jeff started and manages the Founder Institute in Singapore where he is currently overseeing its expansion in Southeast Asia, and Japan. Since 2010 the Founder Institute in Singapore has graduated over 70 companies. He is a recipient of the Founder Institute Director Award 2012 for "Greatest Ecosystem Impact" Worldwide (Singapore).

He is currently an investor/advisor to Redmart, Nitrous.io, Tradegecko, Coda Payments, Ayannah, PopApp, Waygo, Noonswoon, Lenddo, Carousell, Spotnews, 99.co, Vibease, PT Bilna, Angellist, monoco.jp, TheBridge.jp, Darma, Sydney Seed Fund, China Axlr8r, and Startup Chile.

He is a Singapore native and graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration (Information Systems) from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.

Hsu Kuan Hua

Kuan Hsu started his career in management consulting with McKinsey & Co. in the US, then focused on supply chain management in the US and China while at Solectron, an Electronics Manufacturing Services provider. He obtained an MBA/MA joint degree from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and became an investment banker in the US with Goldman Sachs executing M&A deals in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector. Kuan subsequently moved to Singapore executing PE deals at Temasek throughout the region prior to becoming a Venture Capitalist responsible for Gree Ventures' Southeast Asian operations. He has since launched his own VC fund, focusing on early stage investments in Southeast Asia.
